An empowered Sudan
An empowered Sudan led by technically and politically capable youth transforming climate challenges into sustainable development, peace, and prosperity.
2026-2030 Strategic Period
From Challenge to Empowerment
A youth-led technical platform rebuilding Sudan's climate knowledge, policy capacity, and field innovation.
About
CAS was founded as a strategic response to Sudan's institutional vacuum caused by conflict and the disruption of climate and development projects.
It operates at the intersection of climate science, policy advocacy, digital innovation, and field action, connecting young Sudanese expertise with national priorities and international climate processes.
CAS presents Sudan's youth as knowledge producers, negotiators, field innovators, and policy leaders capable of rebuilding climate capacity from the ground up.

CAS Fellowship Programme
The Fellowship is the academic and practical centrepiece of CAS, moving participants from shared foundations into specialised production and field leadership.

Fellows move into professional production through policy briefs, field projects, advocacy reports, and finance-ready proposals.
Fellows deploy initiatives, contribute to policy documents, represent Sudan internationally, and mentor incoming cohorts.
Specialised Working Groups
The SWGF tracks turn fellowship learning into policy, field action, diplomacy, reporting, and finance engineering.
