About

A technical platform built for Sudan's climate reality.

CAS was founded as a strategic response to Sudan's institutional vacuum caused by conflict and the disruption of climate and development projects.

It operates at the intersection of climate science, policy advocacy, digital innovation, and field action, connecting young Sudanese expertise with national priorities and international climate processes.

CAS presents Sudan's youth as knowledge producers, negotiators, field innovators, and policy leaders capable of rebuilding climate capacity from the ground up.

Context

01

Institutional Collapse

Conflict has disrupted research centres, climate records, and environmental governance. CAS rebuilds Sudan's environmental memory through distributed data collection.

02

Generational Gap

Interrupted training has weakened the pipeline of experts needed for NDCs, NAPs, and international negotiations. CAS restores that pathway.

03

Loss & Damage Finance Opportunity

Sudan is highly vulnerable yet underfunded. CAS helps translate field realities into bankable projects for climate finance mechanisms.
